Professor Aggarwal writes on SEZs in the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle

Project participant Aradhna Aggarwal has completed a study titled „Special Economic Zones in the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle: Opportunities for Collaboration”, which was commissioned by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and will soon be published as an ADB publication. Among others things, the study describes the legal and institutional framework of General and Special Economic Zones in the three Southeast Asian countries and examines how Economic Zones could become engines of subregional growth through strategic interventions that combine both collaborative and competitive elements.
